"My A/C stopped working one night at 1 a.m. I had purchased a home warranty contract and tried to phone them, but the call did not go through. I then tried to email them and started to get worried as I waited for a reply. I learned hours later that the company I had contracted with no longer serviced my area, because of a lack of contracts. I received a pro-rated refund, but still needed to find someone to fix my A/C. I'd had good experiences with Angie's List service technicians in the past, so I went to the website and found Allan Dymond's company. The A grade rating and discount offer were enough to compel me to call. After offering some tips over the phone as to what the cause could be, he came out within an hour and did the work himself. He was very professional and knowledgeable."
